Team Nagi Tri Coaching

Team Nagi is the coaching arm of my triathlon business.

wwww.teamnagicoaching.co.ukĀ

I specialise in working with 70.3 and Ironman distance athletes, especially those that would like to progress to qualifying for the World Championships at either distance. I also coach many athletes that represent Great Britain at Olympic distance.

If you have big goals and are looking for a coach capable of helping you achieve those goals, then I would love to hear from you.

Please dont hesitate to contact me at julian.nagi.com for further details.

Very best,

Julian Nagi

I was given your details by Alexie Calvert-Ansari from Ful-on Tri. I have raced in 4 sprint Triathlons, finishing in approximately 1.15. I am a member of Ful-on Tri and am racing at Staffordshire 70.3 and London Marathon through a good for age place next year.

    > I want to take my Triathlon forward and get a 2.50-2.55 Marathon and a sub 5 hour 70.3 with a solid base of training starting in November. I have emailed a couple of coaches that have been recommended to me by friends. I have a couple of questions:
    >
    >
    >
    > 1) How much do you charge for coaching each month? Is there a discount if I pay for the 7 months in advance (up to Staffordshire 70.3?
    >
    > 2) Do I have to pay separately for Training Peaks account? Is this needed for you to set and review the sessions?
    >
    > 3) Due to my job it is more likely that I will be undertaking bike sessions on the turbo. Do I need to buy a power meter for effective sessions or will the heat rate monitor I have be sufficient?
    >
    > 4) In addition to triathlon I practice golf at least once during the week in the Winter meaning that I understand it would be best for me to do pretty much all of my sessions before and after work. I live a 1 hour commute from my work.
