Swimsmooth Video Analysis Comes To Cardiff!

Stuck on a plateau with your swimming? Too many things going around your head when you swim? Julian will show you very clearly what you are doing wrong and exactly how to improve your stroke using all of Swim Smooth’s cutting edge methods.

Swim Smooth video analysis is the very best in the marketplace – nothing less than a revelatory insight into your swimming!

Session availability:

– Wednesday 11th April – 06.00-10.00 (50 metre) 11.00-16.00 (25 metre)

– Thursday 12th April – as 11th April above

– Friday 13th April – 06.00-08.30 (50 metre) 09.00-16.00 (25 metre)

– Sunday 15th April – 08.00-10.30 (50 metre) 11.00-13.00 (25 metre) 13.30-20.30 (50 metre).

NB:There is also the possibility of me doing later evening sessions from 4 pm onwards but need to confirm times with the pool manager due to limited availability.

Venue is the Cardiff International Pool – Olympian Drive  Grangetown, Cardiff CF11 0JS

Video Analysis session info:

90min full swim video analysis includes:
– full swim video analysis of your stroke using the latest high definition camera technology and stroke analysis software
– Images taken in real time as you move through the water (rather than in and endless pool where the water moves against you )
– Full 360 degree images of all areas of your stroke that include underwater, birds-eye, side on and front on views as you move through the water.
– Frame by frame & slow motion image capture to clearly highlight strengths and weaknesses within your stroke
– Comparisons of your stroke with amazing video footage of some of the greatest swimmers in the world – Becky Adlington, Shelley Taylor- Smith, Bill Kirby  and many other elite pool and open water swimmers.
– Clear identification of what type of swimmer you are from 6 different types, and how your body type and personality will impact your style of swimming.
– The  full video analysis including my commentary as we discuss this  will be burned directly onto a DVD for you to take away. This will include any of the elite swimmers video footage i have shown you.
– You will also receive a guide on the DVD thats explains your swimming type and most importantly the drills and session plans to improve these areas.
– Cost of this is £100 in a 25m lane or  £110 in  a 50m lane. This is due to increased lane fees when the pool is at 50m.
– Only kit requirements for session will be swim fins, goggles and any other equipment you might use.
To book or for further information please contact me at julian.nagi@gmail.com
Look forward to coming back home to my roots !
Very best
Julian

    Hi
I may be interested in doing this on Sunday 15th April at 11.00 or later in the day
I’m a slow swimmer who plods along doing 1km in 30 minutes. Is this applicable to me as clearly I’m nowhere near the elite swimmers you mention?
I am away for the next week and won’t be able to access emails….

    Thanks
    Alison

Hi Alison, thanks for your enquiry.

Yes absolutely this type of analysis would be perfect for you. Its definitely not just for the elite and the vast majority of swimmers we see are normal everyday people that just want to know how to improve their swimming. It will definitely help you take your swimming to the next level for sure.

I could do Sunday the 15th April at 11am if good for you ?

    Very best

    Julian

I’m extremely impressed with your writing abilities and also
with the layout for your blog. Is that this a paid topic or did you modify it yourself?
Either way stay up the nice high quality writing, it’s
rare to peer a nice blog like this one these days.
